Third-party tested, Kentucky made
Every batch we sell is third-party tested by an ISO-accredited lab and a Certificate of Analysis is published on our Lab Reports page before a product ships. The COA covers cannabinoid potency (CBD, CBG, CBN, delta-8, delta-9, THCA and the rest of the profile), residual solvents from the extraction process, heavy metals and pesticide screens. We manufacture in Louisville, Kentucky — hemp country — and we've been doing it long enough to know what a clean COA looks like versus a cleaned-up one. If a batch does not pass, it does not ship.
Compliance and H.R. 5371
Hemp-derived products sold by Steve's Goods are produced under the 2018 Farm Bill, which allows hemp with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC measured by dry weight on the plant. A new federal framework, H.R. 5371, takes effect on November 12, 2026. For ingestible hemp products that rule, as enacted, caps total THC at 0.4 mg per finished container — measured across the whole container, not per serving or per piece. We have been formulating under that ceiling since long before the rule was written, and our labels, COAs, and manufacturing records are already organized to meet that standard.
