What "Hemp-Derived" Means Here

Under current federal rules, hemp products may contain delta-9 THC up to 0.3% by dry weight. Our gummies are formulated within that threshold. This is a technical compliance calculation based on finished-product weight β€” it is not a workaround. The hemp was grown legally in Kentucky, the extract is tested per batch, and the finished gummy is weighed and documented.

Important: H.R. 5371 changes the compliance framework. The bill establishes a 0.4 mg total-THC cap per container (not per serving, per container) with an enforcement date of November 12, 2026. We are actively reformulating to address that cap. If you are purchasing for a purpose that extends past that date, check this page for updated product specs before placing an order.
