Steve's Goods is a bulk gummy manufacturer producing hemp gummies for wholesale and white-label brands from a 5,000-square-foot facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The minimum order quantity is 8,000 units across up to four SKU variants per run, and every batch ships with a full-panel third-party Certificate of Analysis.
What we manufacture
Bulk gummy formulations include CBD, CBG (daytime focus), CBN (sleep), hemp-derived Delta-9 THC within the federal hemp limit, full-spectrum extracts, and combination formulations. Every gummy we make is vegan — fruit pectin on a natural tapioca-syrup base; we don’t run gelatin. Custom cannabinoid loads are quoted as part of the R&D engagement.

How pricing works. $0.15 per gummy is the starting price for our in-house and stock formulas. Premium or high-cost active ingredients and heavy raw-material loads price additionally — your final per-gummy price is set during R&D. Example: a CBD + CBN sleep gummy prices above base because CBN isolate costs multiples of CBD isolate. Quoted in writing before anything is produced.

How it works

- Formulate. Run against a finalized formula or start contract R&D.
- Produce & test. We manufacture in Louisville and pull a full third-party COA on every batch.
- Ship or white-label. Take bulk product, or hand off to our white-label program for finished, branded packaging.
COA & testing
Every batch has a full third-party Certificate of Analysis covering cannabinoid potency, total-THC post-decarboxylation by gas chromatography, residual solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contaminants.
Federal hemp's plant-level limit is 0.3% THC by dry weight — measured as delta-9 THC through Nov 11, 2026, then as total THC (including THCA) from Nov 12, 2026 under H.R. 5371.
