CBD Wax Concentrates
CBD wax is a soft, opaque hemp extract with a whipped or creamy texture. Steve's Goods makes CBD wax in fresh 10-gram batches in Louisville, Kentucky. Every batch gets a total-THC COA, tested post-decarboxylation. Full-panel testing is run per production lot and is available on request.
At a glance
We manufacture CBD wax in Louisville, Kentucky and have since 2016. Five terpene profiles. A total-THC COA ships with the batch. The wax format — soft, scoopable budder — is what we landed on after testing shatter, crumble, and live resin extraction approaches. It loads cleanly on a dab tool without heating, which matters when you're using it regularly.
What's in this lineup
- Cannabinoid profile: CBD-dominant full-spectrum across all five strains. Minor cannabinoids present. Below 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight on each batch’s total-THC certificate of analysis.
- Potency: 500 mg CBD per 0.5 g jar. A rice-grain dab is approximately 25–50 mg CBD. At that volume, a single 0.5 g jar across the five strains represents several hundred dabs.
- Origin: Manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky from domestic hemp.
- Lab testing: Total-THC COA on every batch. Full-panel testing per production lot, available on request. View Lab Reports.
Choosing from the lineup
Blueberry OG — Myrcene-forward. Sweet ripe blueberry over piney OG Kush, earthy finish. The most approachable profile in the lineup.
Girl Scout Cookies — Caryophyllene-dominant. Doughy-cookie sweetness, earthy mint mid-palate, OG gas finish. Darker amber, slightly denser texture.
Pineapple Express — Limonene-forward. Tropical pineapple, cedarwood middle, faint Trainwreck skunk. Keep it sealed and cool — limonene off-gases above 75°F.
StrawNana — Myrcene, caryophyllene, humulene. Candy-strawberry opening, ripe banana mid-palate, creamy finish. Popular with vape pen users.
Watermelon OG — Myrcene and beta-pinene. Fresh-cut watermelon, sweet melon-rind midnote, lightly earthy OG finish. Runs best at lower dab temperatures.
How we test
Every production batch goes to an accredited third-party laboratory. We don't test in-house and publish results — we test externally. The COA covers potency (CBD, minor cannabinoids, delta-9 THC), residual solvents, heavy metals, and pesticides. If a batch doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
Full-spectrum products contain trace delta-9 THC naturally present in hemp extract, below 0.3% by dry weight. H.R. 6500 §2019 (P.L. 119-103, signed September 2, 2026) keeps most of §781's hemp restrictions from applying until December 11, 2026; synthetic cannabinoids remain restricted November 12, 2026. Current formulations are within limits. State rules vary — check your state.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between CBD wax and CBD shatter? Same extract, different physical form. Shatter is processed to a glass-like consistency. Wax retains a softer, scoopable budder texture. Wax is generally easier to handle at room temperature; shatter is easier to portion by weight for people who measure precisely.
What temperature should I dab at? The range across all five strains is 480–580°F. Lighter, limonene-dominant profiles (Pineapple Express, Watermelon OG) do better on the lower end. Heavier, caryophyllene profiles (GSC) hold up toward the top of that range.
Can I order multiple strains? Yes. Each strain is sold individually. There are no fixed multi-strain bundles in this lineup currently, but you can add any combination to cart.

Frequently asked questions
What is CBD wax?
CBD wax is a high-potency cannabidiol concentrate with a soft, opaque, whipped or creamy texture. It is one of several concentrate forms — wax differs from shatter (hard, glass-like) and isolate (99%+ pure crystals) in texture and refinement. CBD wax typically retains some of the source plant's terpene profile.
How much CBD is in your CBD wax?
Steve's Goods CBD wax lists its CBD content on each product page, with the exact potency for the batch you receive listed on the COA. Steve's Goods CBD wax lists its CBD content on each product page, with the exact potency for the batch you receive listed on the COA. Individual batch potency is on the product page and on the COA that ships with the order.
Is CBD wax legal?
Federally yes — CBD wax is a hemp-derived product. Federal hemp's plant-level limit is 0.3% THC by dry weight — measured as delta-9 THC through Nov 11, 2026, then as total THC (including THCA) from Nov 12, 2026 under H.R. 5371. P.L. 119-103 §2019 did not clearly defer this plant-level test, so Nov 12, 2026 remains the conservative planning date. H.R. 6500 §2019 (P.L. 119-103, signed September 2, 2026) keeps most of §781's hemp restrictions from applying until December 11, 2026; synthetic cannabinoids remain restricted November 12, 2026. Steve's Goods tests every batch for total THC post-decarboxylation, and COAs are on our Lab Reports page. State-level rules vary.
What's the difference between CBD wax and shatter?
Texture and structure. CBD wax is soft and opaque with a whipped or creamy mouthfeel. Shatter is hard, transparent, and snaps into pieces like thin glass. Both can be made from the same source extract; the final texture is set by the post-extraction handling — whether the extract is whipped to retain air and stiffen into wax, or kept still to harden into shatter.
How is Steve's Goods CBD wax made?
Steve's Goods makes CBD wax in 10-gram small batches at the Louisville, Kentucky facility. Made with hemp extract from Colorado labs we trust, finished in Louisville, Kentucky with the whipping step that produces the wax texture. Every batch gets a total-THC COA. Full-panel testing (cannabinoid profile, residual solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, microbials) is run per production lot and is available on request.
How long does a jar of CBD wax last?
Lifespan depends on serving size and use frequency. A typical concentrate session uses 25–100 mg of CBD; each product page lists the CBD content for that jar, and the exact potency for your batch is on the COA. Stored in a cool, dark place with the lid sealed, CBD wax retains potency well past a year from production date.
