Delta-8 is psychoactive. Each 1 mL dropper contains ≈66 mg delta-8 THC. Each 0.25 mL contains ≈16 mg. H.R. 5371 caps total THC at 0.4 mg per innermost retail container (regardless of serving size or total package volume). There is no per-serving cap. Under §2019 of P.L. 119-103 that cap first applies December 11, 2026 to hemp products containing only cannabinoids capable of being naturally produced by the plant; products containing cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced are restricted from November 12, 2026. Our delta-8 and hemp delta-9 products are available through November 11, 2026; from November 12, 2026 our catalog complies with federal hemp law.

How to use it

Start with 0.1 mL (≈7 mg delta-8) under the tongue for 60 seconds; onset 30–60 minutes sublingual, longer if swallowed; do not re-dose for 2 hours

• What does delta-8 feel like?

• What happens after November 2026?
  H.R. 5371 caps total THC at 0.4 mg per innermost retail container (regardless of serving size or total package volume). There is no per-serving cap. Under §2019 of P.L. 119-103 that cap first applies December 11, 2026 to hemp products containing only cannabinoids capable of being naturally produced by the plant; products containing cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced are restricted from November 12, 2026. • Can this be combined with CBD oil?
  Yes, many users stack delta-8 with CBD — CBD can soften the delta-8 psychoactive peak. Take the CBD oil a few minutes before the delta-8 if you want the CBD on board first.
• Will this show up on a drug test?
  Yes. Delta-8 metabolites trigger THC drug screens. Do not use any delta-8 product if your job or other commitments screen for THC.
