Why does this taste different from other hemp oils I've used?

The OG Hemp terpene profile — pinene, myrcene, caryophyllene — is the profile of OG Kush genetics. It's closer to the natural hemp plant taste than fruit-terpene products. Some people find this more grounded; others prefer a fruit profile. We offer both in the CBG oil lineup.

What potency should I start with?

We don't prescribe a starting dose. The 1000 mg / 30 mL bottle is the lowest potency and gives you the most room to calibrate. If you've been using hemp cannabinoids consistently and know what concentration you need, the 2500 mg or 4000 mg options are more economical per milligram. The 10,000 mg option is the bulk format — one 120 mL bottle.

Does this contain THC?

What is H.R. 5371 and does it affect this product?

H.R. 5371 is federal hemp legislation with an enforcement date of November 12, 2026. It sets a per-container cap on total THC in finished hemp products and changes how total THC is calculated (THCA × 0.877 + delta-9 THC). We test all full-spectrum batches against this calculation. State-level rules may be more restrictive.

Can I mix this with the CBD isolate softgels or another CBD product?

Yes. These are compatible. Adding a full-spectrum CBG oil alongside a CBD isolate ingestible is a common approach for people who want to isolate variables — you can hold the CBD dose constant and vary the CBG separately.
