These Gift Card Terms govern Steve’s Goods gift cards (also called gift certificates) purchased at stevesgoods.com. By purchasing, redeeming, or holding a Steve’s Goods gift card, you agree to these terms.
No expiration
Steve’s Goods gift cards never expire. The funds do not lose value over time.
No fees
There are no fees of any kind — no purchase fee, no activation fee, no dormancy or inactivity fee, and no service fee. The full purchase amount is available to spend.
How to use
- Gift cards are issued and redeemable only at stevesgoods.com.
- Apply your gift card code at checkout. If your order total is less than your balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
- If your order total is more than your balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
- Check your remaining balance any time at stevesgoods.com/giftcertificates.php?action=balance.
Cash redemption
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Where a state requires cash redemption below a threshold amount, we will honor that requirement.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use
Treat your gift card code like cash. If your code is lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, contact us at support@stevesgoods.com. We can freeze a compromised code to protect any remaining balance.
Refunds
If you return an order that was paid for with a gift card, the refunded value is returned to your gift card balance, not to a credit card.
General
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. These terms are subject to applicable law, including the federal CARD Act. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Questions: support@stevesgoods.com.
