    I know I said I enjoyed the Delta 9's best because It did help me relax and many other ways if I wanted to use it just for my health feel better I definitely would go for this full spectrum. I've been drinking the full spectrum coffee so I've been doing that and I've been really enjoying the effects that it has to give me
    It's an anti-inflammatory I can breathe better my pain is lightened up inflammation is gone I don't need to do other things to take inflammation down it is a really good product !I would say if you want to enjoy yourself do the Delta 9.if you want pain relief and help for your body I definitely would suggest the full spectrum
