The same goes for our other ingredients. We use natural tapioca syrup instead of the corn syrup you'll find in most gummies. We use vegan pectin rather than animal-derived gelatin. Every ingredient has a purpose, and every ingredient gets checked before it goes into production.

The Production Floor: Where Attention to Detail Matters

Walk into our Louisville facility on any given day, and you'll find me or someone from my team actively involved in production. We're not a faceless factory churning out millions of gummies on autopilot. We're craftspeople who care about what we make.

During production, we monitor temperatures, timing, and mixing consistency. CBD is sensitive to heat—get it too hot, and you can degrade the cannabinoids. Every batch follows the same precise process we've refined over years of hands-on manufacturing.

We also conduct in-process checks. Random samples get pulled and examined for consistency in size, shape, and texture. If something looks off, we stop and figure out why before continuing. It's not the fastest way to make gummies, but it's the right way.
