• How do I take CBD oil sublingually?
  Fill the dropper, place the oil under your tongue, hold for 60 seconds, then swallow. The 60-second hold is where sublingual absorption happens — swallowing immediately drops you into slower oral absorption instead.
• Why is this the 'natural' flavor — do you have flavored versions?
  This is the unflavored baseline. The 'natural' tastes like hemp. If you want flavored tinctures, our CBG oils come in Blueberry OG, Maui Pineapple, and OG Hemp — those have natural strain-derived flavor profiles rather than added flavoring.
• How long does one 30 mL bottle last?
  At 0.5 mL once daily, about 60 days. At 1 mL twice daily, about 15 days. A bottle is enough to establish whether CBD works for you before committing to a larger size.
• Can I cook with this oil?
  The MCT carrier is heat-stable to about 300°F, but heating CBD oil degrades the cannabinoids and wastes the product. Add it to finished dishes or drinks rather than using it as a cooking oil.
